Request a new resubmission link for your Passport Online Application

The Passport Service have asked you to resubmit a photo, consent form, witness form or other additional supporting documents to help us approve your passport. If the link sent to you has expired, you can request a new link here. If you have previously requested a resubmission link, you will receive an email within 5 working days of your request.

The Department uses a secure cloud based service to process the information you are requested to provide. This information is only accessible by the Passport Service and those authorised by the Department of Foreign Affairs.
